As a **Maintenance Supervisor** , you'll lead a high-performing team to keep our plant running at peak performance. This is your opportunity to make an impact by driving preventive maintenance strategies, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with world-class safety standards. **What You'll Do** + **Lead & Inspire:** Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. + **Champion Safety:** Enforce EHS, OSHA, NEC, and NFPA standards through robust programs like lock-out/tag-out, confined space entry, and arc-flash protection. + **Maximize Uptime:** Plan and oversee repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment upgrades to minimize outages and boost productivity. + **Drive Continuous Improvement:** Implement innovative maintenance strategies and equipment modifications that enhance reliability and efficiency. + **Manage Resources & Projects:** Ensure availability of tools, parts, and manpower; oversee contractors and lead plant projects from scope to completion. + **Data-Driven Decisions:** Maintain accurate records for maintenance activities, inventory, and performance metrics to optimize operations. **What We Value** + Proven leadership and coaching skills to build high-performing teams + Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities in fast-paced environments + Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems (millwright, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining) + Knowledge of AC/DC electricity, electronics, power distribution, and circuit protection + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; ability to read blueprints and apply mathematical concepts **What We're Looking For** **Required:** + 5+ years of in-plant mechanical or electrical maintenance experience **Preferred:** + Prior supervisory experience + Bachelor's degree in Engineering **Why Join Us?** + Competitive pay and benefits + Opportunities for growth and advancement + Be part of a global organization committed to innovation and sustainability \#LI-onsite **Our Expectations** We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
