Description Loan Closing position Perform routine data entry and validation tasks Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) Review and validate loan documents Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses Monitor work queues and intervening as needed Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Skills Customer service, Data entry, Administration support, Mortgage, Mortgage loan, Loan operation, Banking, Financial services, encompass, Closing, funding loans Additional Skills & Qualifications Loan closing experience and funding people with Title experience will work Understand TRID rule and understanding Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
