Job Description One of our top quantum computing clients is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize our NetSuite environment. This role will focus on day-to-day system administration, business operation support, and system improvements. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of NetSuite best practices and can work independently to troubleshoot issues, configure solutions, and provide end-user support. - Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite user support and issue resolution. - Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. - Engage and coordinate with vendors to augment our operational and project capabilities. - Manage user roles, permissions, and system access. - Build and maintain advanced saved searches, reports, and dashboards. - Assist with system configuration, including custom fields, forms, workflows, and scripts (basic to intermediate). - Perform data management tasks, including imports, updates, and data integrity audits. - Support integrations with third-party systems and troubleshoot related issues. - Participate in testing and deployment of new features, modules, and system updates. - Document processes, configurations, and system changes. - Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure efficient use of the system. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role. - Hands-on experience with saved searches, workflows, custom records, and system configurations. - Proficiency in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and CSV import/export for data management. - Experience with integrations to other systems (Arena or Agile) - Deep hands-on expertise with NetSuite Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory modules, including order fulfillment, bin management, and demand planning. - Proven experience developing custom SuiteScripts (1.0/2.0) and automations without reliance on Oracle Support. - NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, etc.) are preferred but not required. - Experience with NetSuite Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
