Network Support Specialist (In office only)
As a Network Support Specialist at ITG, you will provide hands on network engineering expertise that involves server and front end device installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewall. You will work in a technical support/lead capacity. The Network Support Specialist will be responsible to provide onsite and remote support for several corporate infrastructures. You will respond to tickets through our ticketing system in accordance with our SLA’s and document your work and resolutions to assist in maintaining our Knowledge Base and provide accurate client billing.We take pride in our client relationships, and we depend on our team to provide courteous, efficient, and accurate resolutions. As a consulting firm, we work with many different network infrastructures, and must be proficient at a large variety of software, hardware, and security products.
