Job Description

**Are you tired of spending endless hours completing paperwork and working after school to stay caught up? Don't keep wasting your time and energy. We require No Paperwork and Small Caseload for each staff member. You would be providing direct instruction to 4-5 students in specific content areas and don't ever have to write IEP's, BIP's, or progress reports.**

Estrella Day School is a private special education school located in Goodyear, Az. We are currently seeking a Certified Special Education Teacher to join our existing team of friendly teachers and learning coaches. We are a growing school who specialize in providing individualized instruction for each student. Knowledge, skills, and abilities (includes but not limited to):

• Provide direct services based on the students' individualized needs, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement lesson plans.
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with parents/caregivers through daily communication along with students, staff, and administrators.
• Demonstrate knowledge of related subject matter, behavior intervention techniques, specialized curriculum, and resource materials.
• Work collaboratively with learning coaches, administrators, and therapists to ensure mastery level success for each individual student.
• Physically able to assist in behavior management, physical transports, and lifting as needed to help meet student limitations and ensure safety of students.
