Online Teaching Opportunity for U.S. & Canadian Certified Educators

Polly English is currently hiring passionate and experienced educators for flexible, remote online teaching positions. This is an ideal opportunity for certified teachers from the U.S. or Canada—whether you’re looking to supplement your income, explore remote work, or find a fulfilling part-time or full-time teaching role from the comfort of home.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking committed educators who meet the following criteria:

✔ English Fluency
• Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English

✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
• A degree in Education or a related field is preferred but not required

✔ Valid Teaching Certification
• A state- or province-issued teaching license or certificate (K–12 level preferred)
• ESL certification such as TESOL/TEFL is a plus

✔ Teaching Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in public, private, or charter schools (domestic or international)
• Online teaching experience is a bonus but not required

✔ Technical Requirements
To ensure smooth online teaching, you must have:
• A Windows computer with Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher
• A stable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to teach using the Classpod platform (system compatibility test required)

Teaching Schedule & Compensation

⏰ Peak Hours (Beijing Time, GMT+8):
• Weekdays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends: Flexible availability all day is highly encouraged

⌛ Minimum Commitment:
• 10 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on your availability
• Ideal for teachers looking to build a consistent schedule or gradually increase hours

Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate: $14–$24 USD/hour
• Opportunities for pay increases based on performance and student volume
