Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic real estate instructors to teach our New Hampshire pre-licensure course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others succeed and has a passion for making learning enjoyable and accessible.

As an instructor, you'll be teaching live online real estate classes, covering the full New Hampshire pre-licensure curriculum. With a remote-first work environment, you'll have the flexibility to work from home or any other quiet location with a stable internet connection.

Class Schedule:

Weekday evenings and weekends
Each live class is between 1-3 hours long

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker (State requirement, non-negotiable)
Active New Hampshire real estate broker license
High-speed internet (minimum 25mbps down/5mbps up), webcam, and microphone
Quiet, professional space (e.g., home office or room with a plain wall)
Ability to attend required meetings, assist with curriculum updates, and complete school duties
Availability to teach a minimum of 4 hours per week (weeknights or weekends)
Ability to pass a background check

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience teaching online or in a classroom setting
Current New Hampshire real estate instructor approval, DREI designation, or equivalent
