Summary

At Osteria Sierra , we create welcoming and memorable dining experiences for our guests. As an AM Greeter , you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their dining experience with a warm and professional welcome. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations and walk-in seating using the Osteria Sierra reservation system.
• Assist with waitlist management and communicate accurate wait times to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area.
• Support the service team by monitoring table availability and coordinating with servers and managers.
• Assist with menu distribution and provide general restaurant information to guests.
• Uphold Hyatt’s service standards to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.
• Must be able to work AM shifts , including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• revious restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and move between dining areas as needed.
• Must be available to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
