The Mad Greek in Lawrence, KS is looking for one front-of-house assistant manager to join our 42-person strong team. We are located at 907 Massachusetts St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. Seeking an experienced, responsible individual with high energy and a passion for not only the business they conduct, but the staff they support, and the customers they serve. Top candidates will reflect the ability to provide strategic leadership, problem solve, and motivate with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate must have:
Qualifications
-Prior supervising/management experience
-Prior serving experience
-Outstanding people skills
Responsibilities
-Greeting Guests
-Cash Management
-Keyholder (Opening/Closing Restaurant)
-Supervising and assisting staff
Approximately 30+ hours a week position. Hours are flexible, and compensation is very reasonable. Success within the business will be determined by the degree of pro-activeness and contribution to helping the restaurant flourish.
