Associate Pediatric Dentist Wanted, 30 Minutes from Pinehurst & 1 hour from Raleigh.  Any Experience Level!

About the Practice:

• Well-established multispecialty practice serving a primarily middle-class patient base.
• 100% doctor owned and led by dentist partners who work in the chair.
• Supportive and collaborative environment. Highly trained and efficient staff enable doctors to be very productive. Their staff has little turnover because of the practices welcoming, family atmosphere and the practices total support of every employee.
• High Tech, uniquely themed office that is fun for kids & staff.

About the Position:

• Full time. Work life balance. No evenings or weekends.
• Work at your own pace. No quotas, production goals or other impediments on your ability to practice.
• Practice has an Ambulatory Surgery Center. Guaranteed block time in the OR.
• HRSA Student loan forgiveness available. FT: $50,000 yr; PT: $25,000 yr.
• Annual expense reimbursement. $5,000. CE, malpractice, licensing etc.
• Benefits: Health, Dental & Vision Insurances. 401-K with company match after 1 yr.
• Paid Time Off: 10 days at $500 per day
• Achieve above average Production. An initial 6-month base guarantee based on abilities & experience vs. 40% of net production. Whichever is higher. The patients are there to exceed the daily once up and running.
• Sign-on / Relocation bonus. $15,000 – $20,000 with 2-year commitment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Pediatric Dental Certification
• DDS or DMD Degree
• North Carolina dental license or ability to attain.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
