Assignment Details
– Start Date: July 20, 2026
– End Date: October 19, 2026
– Schedule: 3–4 days per week, 10‑hour shifts
– Call: Not expected
– Pay Rate: Very Competitive, based on experience
Role Responsibilities
– First assist in the OR for minimally invasive thoracic procedures
– Manage office visits, pre‑ and post‑operative patient care
– Provide inpatient care including rounding, admissions, and discharges
– Support a caseload that includes lung surgery and foregut procedures
– Collaborate closely with surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Candidate Requirements
– NP or PA with Thoracic (non‑cardiac) surgery experience
– Robotic surgery experience required
– Strong procedural skills and comfort with minimally invasive techniques
– Active licensure (or ability to obtain) in Connecticut
