Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Manage executives' schedules and appointments efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents in an orderly manner.
Assist in project management and follow up on action items as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
