**Now Hiring: Picker Packers - Pomona, CA** **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Overtime as needed) **Pay Rate:** $18/hour **Position Type:** Temp-to-Hire **About the Role:** Join a well-established dental distributor and manufacturer in Pomona. We're looking for reliable individuals to work in a **fast-paced warehouse** environment picking, packing, and preparing customer orders. This is a **temp-to-hire opportunity** with full benefits available once converted to a permanent employee, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO. **Responsibilities:** + Pick and pack orders using RF scanners + Label, tape, and prepare boxes for shipping + Stack boxes on pallets, shrink-wrap, and move using a manual pallet jack + Perform Kanban audits and inventory checks + Use basic computer programs (Word, Excel, etc.) + Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols **Requirements:** + 1+ year warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping/receiving, or similar) + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk throughout entire shift + Steel toe or composite toe boots required + Strong English communication skills (bilingual preferred) + Basic computer skills + Authorized to work in the U.S. + Must pass screening process if offered employment **How to Apply:** Submit your resume for immediate consideration.
