Staging MPS Technician (Oak Park Facility) - imageOne
As a Staging/MPS Technician for imageOne's Oak Park facility, you will play a crucial role in setting up and staging equipment, providing service and support, offering training, and assisting with internal tasks. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, attention to detail, and upholding the company's core values as part of our team. This position requires 4 hours/day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Setup and Staging of Equipment
• Unbox new orders
• Assemble new products in the warehouse
• Configure settings before devices leave the warehouse
• Configure peripherals with added accessories
• Upgrade firmware and tag devices
• Assist in delivering new equipment to customer locations
• Assist in removing existing equipment when needed

Service and Support:
• Work closely with our implementations team to ensure that all aspects of configuration are set up on new equipment before delivery to our customers.
Training:
• HP, Canon, and Xerox single function and multi-function equipment
• Setup, staging, installing of equipment
• Adherence to internal iO processes
• Customer processes
Team imageOne:
• Inner-department interactions
• Company department and one-on-one meetings
• Special projects when requested, including out-of-town travel when necessary
• Personal development
Requirements:
• Experience in printer repair
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Safety compliance
• Operation of a lift gate
• Ability to load delivery vans
• Service mind set oriented
• Preferred: HP, Xerox, and Canon manufacturer certifications
• Knowledge and experience with IT ticketing systems
• Preferred: ServiceNow and EA
• Experience with 3rd party print-based solutions
• High attention to detail and follow through
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Professional attitude with a desire to learn and grow
• Proficient with Microsoft O365 suite
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
