As a
Procurement Manager at EFG, you will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in gaming. Our hierarchies are flat, and your ideas and opinions are constantly in demand. In the Procurement Team, you will join a team of passionate coworkers and support the EFG Finance branch and all other EFG departments with your expertise. You will support our global procurement team with focus on the US market. You will be primarily responsible for managing system implementation projects and other projects together with department experts and the procurement team and you will serve as the point of contact in your region for all your project-related topics.
The Procurement Manager role reports directly to our SVP Procurement and our Director Procurement and is a part of our global procurement team.
Responsibilities - Prepare, plan, run, and evaluate purchasing projects, managing the full, end-to-end procurement project lifecycle, from initial requirement analysis and planning to RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) execution and post-project evaluation;
- Contract Negotiations: negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers, leading contract negotiations with key suppliers, covering pricing, payment terms, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and risk mitigation;
- Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, managing, and developing relationships with our suppliers, analyzing supplier and commodity spend and create strategic purchasing plans;
- Act as the primary procurement business partner for Operations and Product teams, translating their roadmaps and needs into effective sourcing strategies;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements and align procurement activities with organizational objectives with special focus to US operations.
Requirements - Business degree or equivalent;
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar position;
- Profound IT understanding (Office programs, esp. Excel, project management software, sourcing software);
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data (like spend reports), identifying patterns, and building a concrete strategy from your findings;
- Financial Acumen: Understanding costs, budgeting, and financial implications of procurement decisions;
- Operational Management: Skill in managing the relationship with suppliers and optimizing the flow of goods and services (Supply Chain Management);
- Technical Proficiency: Desirable experience with modern procurement technology, like Coupa Software Suite (Purchase to Pay and Coupa Expense) for efficient, digitalized processes.
