Job Description

**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Product UX Designer with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Experience Design POV UX Consulting Design System Management and other related technical skills. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a day shift. No travel is required. **Responsibilities** + Need a highly skilled Product UX Designer + Lead the development and implementation of user experience strategies to enhance product design and usability. + Oversee the creation and management of design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms. + Provide expert UX consulting services to clients helping them achieve their business goals through effective design solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces using tools like Figma and Adobe XD. + Develop and maintain UI design patterns to streamline the design process and improve user experience. + Utilize Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality visual design elements and branding materials. + Conduct heuristic reviews to identify usability issues and recommend improvements. + Design responsive web interfaces that provide a seamless user experience across different devices. + Apply principles of information architecture to organize and structure content in a user-centric manner. + Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. + Develop creative designs for websites and apps that align with the clients brand and business objectives. + Perform interaction design tasks to enhance the overall user experience and engagement. + Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of innovative solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have experience in Experience Design POV UX Consulting Design System Management and Design System Creation. + Proficient in using design tools such as Figma Adobe XD and Adobe Photoshop. + Strong understanding of UI design patterns visual design elements and branding. + Experience in responsive web design and creating visually appealing interfaces. + Ability to conduct heuristic reviews and apply principles of information architecture. + Nice to have experience in Retail Banking and Loan Origination domains. **Certifications Required** Certified UX Designer Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe XD Figma Certified Professional **Salary and Other Compensation** : Applications will be accepted until May 18, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
