We are looking for a Product Owner to play a key role in the day-to-day execution of our product development process.
Ludus is a SaaS company that builds digital tools trusted by thousands of organizations of all sizes to power their event ticketing, marketing, fundraising, retail and registration needs.
Ludus is seeking a Product Owner to help drive our next phase of growth. This position is focused on translating customer feedback, internal needs, and business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the engineering team. While this role is not currently responsible for shaping long-term product vision, it is critical to ensuring the short-term roadmap is delivered smoothly and accurately.
The ideal candidate is a fast-moving, product-savvy problem solver with a strong grasp of digital products and the ability to turn ideas into executable scope for design and development teams.

What You'll Be Doing - Gather Requirements: Identify customer needs and translate them into actionable user stories for new features.
- Manage Backlog: Maintain the product backlog, reflecting stakeholder input. Ensure stories are detailed, scoped, and ready for development.
- Test Features: Contribute to the testing of new features throughout the entire development lifecycle, from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with Development: Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and offer product guidance.
- Represent the Customer: Advocate for the customer’s perspective when developing new features.
- Product Launches: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth feature launches.
- Evaluate Success: Monitor and assess feedback post-launch to gauge feature performance and success.
- Communication: Regularly communicate status updates and progress to stakeholders.
Traits we're looking for (In no certain order)
- Experience: 2+ years as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Product Lifecycle Knowledge: Solid understanding of the entire product lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, Notion or equivalent systems.
- Usability Research: Familiarity with usability research methods, including surveys, interviews, or user testing.
BONUS Qualifications - Product Analytics: Experience using Pendo or similar product analytics tools.

Role Details - Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
