Job Title: Project Manager / Agile Champion / Scrum Master

Prior work experience with American Express (Amex) in a PM or Agile leadership role.
Must relocate or commute to Sunrise, FL
12+ years of professional experience in Project Management, Agile Delivery, or related leadership roles in IT/Software Development projects.
Proven track record of managing large enterprise initiatives in a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery model.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and PMI/PMBOK methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Experience managing budgets, risks, and complex delivery programs.
PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred
