The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various projects related to renewable energy, such as solar, wind, and hydroelectric power. Key Responsibilities: Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for electrical and I&C projects Managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards Preparing regular reports and updates for senior management Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field Proven experience managing electrical and I&C projects, preferably in the renewable energy sector Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
