Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite 2 Days/Week)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 hrs/day (Shift: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM)
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Project Manager for an exciting job in Harrisburg, PA.
ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide ECM implementation and governance activities.
Manage cross-functional project teams and collaborate with program-level PMs.
Develop onboarding plans and oversee migration from legacy systems.
Provide executive updates, maintain project timelines, budgets, and risks.
Gain SME knowledge across multiple case-management programs.
7–9 years managing complex technical/IT projects with large teams and vendors.
Strong communication, leadership, budgeting, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Experience with ECM implementations ; PEGA experience preferred.
High level of business and technical acumen.
PMP certification (5+ years).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical study.
