POSITION – Purchasing / Shipping Clerk
JOB LOCATION – Richfield, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7am - 3:30p)
STARTING PAY – $19 - $22/hr depending on experience
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School diploma or equivalent is required
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
A dual role in the shop and office.
Job Summary
This is a hybrid position that combines both warehouse and office responsibilities. The role
involves spending part of the time in the warehouse performing a variety of shipping and receiving
tasks, and the remaining time in the office handling purchasing-related clerical and administrative
duties.
Job Responsibilities
• Assist with periodic inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare and package outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, labeling, and proper
documentation.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing
slips.
• Record and organize all received goods in the inventory management system.
• Receive and unload deliveries.
• Enter receipts into inventory system and label items as needed.
• Assist Purchasing Manager with various admin tasks.
• Organize and maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory locations.
• Picking parts for assembly area.
