Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr
Description: The Administrative Assistant provides front-desk and general office support for day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, directing calls, handling mail and supplies, and supporting various departments with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Job Requirements: Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of administrative experience preferred. Requires a valid driver’s license, excellent communication and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and strong phone etiquette. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, along with strong multitasking and organizational skills, is essential.
Job Type: Contract-to-hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
