Regional Operations Manager Southeastern Equipment Co. As a Regional Operations Manager (ROM), you'll play a key leadership role driving operational excellence, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple store locations in your assigned region. We're looking for a driven leader who thrives on developing teams, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What You'll Do As a Regional Operations Manager, you will: Lead and inspire operations, service, and parts teams across your region to achieve peak performance. Drive profitability in service and parts departments through strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management. Ensure consistency and compliance with company policies, safety standards (OSHA, EPA), and 5S practices across all facilities. Champion operational excellence by implementing best practices for efficiency, asset management, and facility care. Foster collaboration between locations to optimize resources, support sales and rental teams, and improve customer experience. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify improvement areas, and guide strategic decisions. Coach and develop leaders by providing mentorship, feedback, and ongoing performance reviews to strengthen your regional team. What Success Looks Like You'll be measured by your ability to: Grow regional parts and service department net income. Meet and exceed sales and profit goals. Maintain high facility 5S scores and customer satisfaction ratings. Complete performance reviews and training initiatives on time. Drive continuous improvement and innovation across your region. What You Bring Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred. Experience: 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience (multi-site management a plus). Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and improve operational performance. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. Travel Requirements This position requires 6070% travel within your region, including routine store visits and occasional overnight stays for company meetings and training. Physical and Working Conditions You'll spend time in the field and office environments, traveling by vehicle and engaging with store teams.
