We’re looking for a Regional Recruiter to support multiple branches by delivering top talent across professional, engineering and IT roles. In this role, you’ll partner with Market Managers, Account Managers, and Business Development teams to quickly fill open positions, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZoomInfo, ATS, and proactive sourcing strategies.
Screen, qualify, and present candidates that align with client needs and job requirements.
Manage a high-volume requisition load across several locations.
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and candidate prep.
Maintain accurate, real-time updates in ATS and meet key recruiting metrics.
Collaborate with branch and sales teams to support existing and new client hiring needs.
3–5 years of staffing agency recruiting experience required.
Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, resume databases, LinkedIn).
Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with urgency.
Clear communication, professionalism, and a great candidate experience mindset.
Experience with ATS platforms preferred.
Strong leadership support and a collaborative regional team.
