The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in a busy Labor & Delivery and Post Partum unit, requiring the ability to quickly adapt and function effectively. This role involves floating between units based on need and collaborating with a team where core staff may rely on the experience of travelers.

Responsibilities:
- Providing skilled nursing care to patients.
- Patient assessments and treatment planning.
- Medication administration.
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions.
- Assisting in emergency situations.
- Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment.
- Floating between L&D and Post Partum units based on need.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, and BCLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D and Post Partum experience.

Special Considerations:
- Must be able to work every other weekend, potentially more frequently.
- Floating between units is required based on need.
- No RTO during holidays.
Scheduling:
- 3 or 4x12HR day shifts.
- Guaranteed hours: 36 or 48 hours per week.
- Three days of orientation in the first week, usually Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
