Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health / Detox Program – Junction, TX

Overview
A Drug Treatment Facility in Junction, Texas, seeks experienced RNs to provide compassionate detox and rehabilitation nursing care. Work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team dedicated to long-term recovery success.
Responsibilities
Perform nursing assessments and medication administration.
Monitor vital signs and manage withdrawal symptoms.
Support individualized treatment plans and document progress.
Provide education and reassurance to patients and families.
Active Texas RN license; BLS required.
Minimum one year of behavioral-health or detox experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation & Benefits
$38–$45/hr plus differential pay.
12-hour Day or Night shifts.
