Position Summary:

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, engaging, and results-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide telephonic care to chronically ill patients.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage and support patient’s healthcare needs via phone calls.
  • Utilize EHRs and other online platforms for documentation.
  • Coach patients on health goals and connect them with resources.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including medical records and insurance reviews.


Work Environment:

  • Remote (work from home) position requiring a high-speed internet connection and a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm in the patient's time zone.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Must have a current Medical Assistant certification. (CMA, CCMA, RMA).
  • Must have a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in care coordination, health coaching, and motivational interviewing a plus.
  • Hands-on experience and comfort with Electronic Medical Records.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products such as Teams, Outlook, and Excel.


Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 40 per week.
