This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote DevOps Engineer. In this impactful role, you will contribute to shaping the future of enterprise-scale environment architecture. You'll join a high-performance team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and agile environment. As you design, build, and manage cloud-native infrastructure, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring rapid and effective CI/CD processes across all microservices, ultimately protecting data against cyber threats.

Accountabilities

• Take an integral part in shaping the future of our enterprise-scale environment architecture.
• Provide support and solutions to our growing R&D Groups.
• Design, build and operate cloud infrastructure to enable reliable, rapid, effective and flexible CI/CD Process across all microservices.
• Develop, adopt and maintain new tools to improve provisioning, operations and monitoring efficiency.
• Establish standards, practices and innovative solutions for microservices to help R&D move quickly.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering teams, taking full responsibility from conception to post-deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a DevOps/Cloud engineer with a passion for technology.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and building cloud-native infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform preferred).
• Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD processes (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ADO Pipelines).
• Knowledge of logging and monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog preferred).
• At least 3 years of Linux/Unix experience, including command line and shell scripting.
• High proficiency in coding, preferably in Python.
• Experience in setting up Windows Server infrastructure.
• Proactive self-starter with strong listening skills.
• Advantage: Experience with streaming solutions (Kafka preferred).
• Advantage: Experience managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
