Licensed Insurance Agents serve as the primary point of contact for the general public, and will utilize the latest insurance and financial products to meet the needs of their clients. The Licensed Agent will be responsible for speaking directly with clients over zoom to assess coverage needs and purchasing new insurance policies. The successful candidate will be very persuasive, enjoy interacting with others and have a passion for helping people. Must have, or be willing to pass state regulated tests to obtain a Life & Health license. Not necessary to apply, but necessary before beginning training.

An Active Life & Health producer insurance license is required. If not currently licensed or have no experience, we will assist you in the process to make you successful.

Responsibilities

• Our Sales Representative will sell individual plans in an online setting.
• Make sales presentations to eligible qualified persons - virtually, using approved governmental guidelines.
• Initiate sales opportunities with seniors, veterans, union members & referrals individually to sell individual policies.
• Qualify prospects and close sales, if possible. 
• American Income Life sells individual Life / Health plan products and services in a field setting tailored to each individual’s needs.

Required Qualifications

• Hold an active Health & Life Insurance License that we can assist you in obtaining for a resident or non-resident license. 
• Ability to establish relationships with potential prospects
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to successfully navigate mobile applications
• High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Commission, bonuses, residuals
