Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Scrum Master . The Scrum Master is a key facilitator in the Agile framework, responsible for ensuring that the Scrum methodology is properly implemented and followed by the team. They act as a coach, mentor, and servant leader, guiding the team through the Scrum process and helping them achieve their goals. The scrum master is a link between product owners and teams. Location: Plymouth, MN – Hybrid

What you will do:

• Schedule and facilitate daily standups
• Schedule and facilitate sprint planning meetings
• Schedule and facilitate sprint review meetings
• Schedule and facilitate retrospective meetings
• Facilitate communications and ensure effective collaboration
• Have ownership and drive communication to stakeholders
• Aid the team members by removing blockers and resolving team conflicts
• Coach team members in the Scrum methodology
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
• Guide team members to higher Scrum maturity
• Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
• Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business or other related field or equivalent years of experience as a Scrum Master
• 5+ years of experience as scrum master
• Familiarity with or experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
• Familiarity with Databricks or other cloud database
• Familiarity with data movement, ETL
• Familiarity with datasets
• Familiarity with or working knowledge of SQL
• Scrum master certification
• Must have experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool
• Must have the ability to work effectively with global teams
• Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with third party team members
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems, ERP, CRM or PLM

Daikin Applied offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 – $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
