Base Salary + Generous Commission | Full-Time/ Part Time
Are you ready to take your roofing sales career to the next level? Eagle Eye Renovations is hiring! We’re looking for motivated, sharp, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives .

What You’ll Be Doing:
Self generating leads through door-to-door solicitation. This is a requirement for the job
Meeting with homeowners to assess storm damage and offer solutions
Educating customers on the roofing process and insurance claims
Signing contracts, and meeting with adjusters to ensure the jobs are approved.
Representing Eagle Eye Renovations with professionalism and pride
Who We’re Looking For:
At least 6 months of prior roofing sales experience preferred but not required. We will train the right individual.
Excellent people skills and confidence in the field
Self-driven and organized
Ability to walk roofs and work outdoors
Someone who wants to have fun and make money doing it
Must have your own reliable transportation that can fit a ladder.
Must have a valid drivers license and clean background to allow you to obtain solicitors permits.
Must be able to climb a ladder.
Must be willing to work evenings and some weekends.
