Security Manager – The Point Casino & Hotel
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Manager to oversee all phases of security operations at The Point Casino & Hotel. In this leadership role, you will ensure the safety and protection of our facility, team members, and guests, while providing regular reports to the Assistant General Manager of Non-Gaming and Operations. This is a full management position responsible for staffing, budgeting, leadership, compliance, and the ongoing development of the Security Department in coordination with casino leadership and the corporate team.
Qualification Requirements
• Gaming experience is required for this position
• Must provide valid Washington State Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Degree in Criminal Justice or related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security or law enforcement management, including at least three (3) years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with peers, staff, guests, and external contacts
• Thorough understanding of state, civil, and criminal laws
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and the ability to recognize cheating techniques and irregularities
• Basic proficiency with PCs and spreadsheet software
• Must be flexible and available to work all shifts, including days off, weekends, holidays, and split shifts
• Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License through the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission
