We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 10+ years of experience in consulting engineering and project management. This will include electrical system design and specifications, consult directly with architectural practices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary engineering team. The ideal candidate brings technical expertise, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to manage projects of various sizes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, specification, and implementation of electrical systems for a variety of projects.
Serve as a consultant to architectural firms and multidisciplinary teams.
Manage projects of varying sizes, including scheduling, budgets, and client communications.
Supervise engineers and technical staff, providing leadership and mentorship.
Estimate and negotiate project contracts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Prepare technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience in consulting electrical engineering.
Experience with industrial and manufacturing building projects preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Proven project management experience required.
Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance.
Experience supervising staff and managing engineering projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and technical writing skills.
