**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** The CareHub Product Management team is seeking a Senior Product Owner who is energized to take on projects that will streamline and simplify clinical systems for the benefit of our business partners, our providers and our members. This seasoned professional will be a critical part of the Business Rules team and will be responsible for the development, updating or modification of system Business Rules with the collaboration of IT. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different, this could be the job for you. This is a remote position, but you must work Eastern Standard Time business hours. The Senior Product Owner will maximize the value of the products they support. They are the team's primary contact for business rules and will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team and manage projects between IT and the various clinical groups supporting UM processes. In this role you will: + Gather and document business system and functional requirements, influence system design to optimize support and ensure solutions meet the business objectives and requirements. + Complete and/or coordinate implementation of design and requirements, testing, operational readiness, and transition to the appropriate production support team. + Facilitate meetings with business partners and IT partners to discuss and document business needs in a way that will support IT development. + Coordinate across teams on milestones and implementation of the project deliverables. + Communicate with IT and business project managers to align on status and for reporting out to leadership. + Attend meetings to ensure quality delivery of projects _Success in this position requires the following:_ + _A strong desire to deliver new and improved system functionality to those who support and serve our members._ + _An understanding of current system capabilities and business processes to determine downstream and upstream impacts of changes._ + _Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization_ + _Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with strong attention to details._ + _Ability to collaborate effectively and influence others without authority._ + _Willingness to pivot based on daily developments and adapt quickly to changing priorities._ + _Ability to work independently and efficiently to manage multiple competing projects and initiatives._ **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + 5 years or more of experience in technology implementations and/or product/project management + Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies + Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments + Experience facilitating cross-functional teams' efforts + Proficiency in Microsoft office products including Excel and PowerPoint **Preferred Qualifications** + Experienced with CGX + Clinical Utilization Management experience including knowledge of authorization workflow + Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Health Information Systems Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $94,900 - $130,500 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
