We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant to lead and deliver full-cycle Salesforce implementations for a leading technology solutions partner based in the King of Prussia, PA area.

This role involves architecting, configuring, and optimizing Salesforce environments across Field Service, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud . You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions that drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

This is a hands-on consulting role for a professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology and leading end-to-end Salesforce initiatives.

• Lead the design, build, and deployment of Salesforce implementations with a focus on Field Service , Marketing Cloud , and Revenue Cloud .

• Configure and manage Salesforce Experience Cloud sites and public-facing portals.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs , ETL tools , and custom middleware .

• Build and maintain Apex classes , triggers , Flows , and Lightning components to support business logic.

• Design and optimize field service workflows (work orders, service appointments, dispatching, and mobile access).

• Manage user roles, profiles, permission sets , and maintain platform security and compliance.

• Create and manage reports, dashboards , and data-quality tools to support business insights.

• Support field service and business teams with training, troubleshooting , and platform adoption.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements , document processes, and deliver scalable, well-structured solutions.

• Utilize Gearset , AutoRABIT , and SFDX for version control , CI/CD, and deployment automation.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year of experience,
  OR Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

• Proven experience in Salesforce administration and development (declarative and programmatic).

• Hands-on experience with Field Service , Marketing Cloud , or Revenue Cloud highly preferred.

• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Consultant certifications strongly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment .
