This is a 12 Month Contract - NO C2C.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Onsite: Current in office requirements is a rotation of 1-2 days per week. During the initial onboarding and training Client may require additional days onsite for in-person training.
Job Summary
This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor in General Accounting, who works under close supervision. Under general supervision this role provides accounting support requiring familiarity with and experience in accounting office practices as well as knowledge of a variety of accounting classifications. Duties may be performed in various groups within Controllership including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Control, Fiduciary and General Ledger.

Responsibilities include
- Apply receipts, reconcile cash and process carrier disbursements.
- Prepare and analyze various accounting reports including variances, disbursement and billing; may ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Assist with the development, implementation and documentation of internal and external accounting and operating policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, SSAE16 procedures, tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.
What you need to have:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience Maximum
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):
1. Do you have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
2. Do you have prior Accounting experience
3. Do you have 1-3 years of experience - 3 years Maximum
4. Do you have intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Exce
5. Do you have Accounts receivable experience - preferred.
6. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
