We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our expanding Contract Division . This role combines business development and recruiting, with a focus on the accounting and finance sector. You’ll be the bridge between talent and opportunity, helping businesses solve critical hiring needs while guiding candidates into fulfilling roles.

Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce JFS Partners and promote our staffing solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Find great talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized, strategic support.
Client & Candidate Support: Oversee and manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has a positive experience.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience (e.g., cold calling, setting meetings, building client pipelines).
Comfortable with cold-calling and engaging passive candidates.
Staffing experience is ideal but not required.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed.
Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (this is not a remote position).
