Staffing Specialist / Recruiter

We’re seeking a driven and dynamic  Recruiter  to join our expanding Contract Division . This role combines business development and recruiting, with a focus on the accounting and finance sector. You’ll be the bridge between talent and opportunity, helping businesses solve critical hiring needs while guiding candidates into fulfilling roles.

Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce JFS Partners and promote our staffing solutions.

• Candidate Sourcing: Find great talent using job boards, social media, referrals, and our internal database to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates.

• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized, strategic support.

• Client & Candidate Support: Oversee and manage the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone has a positive experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (e.g., cold calling, setting meetings, building client pipelines).

• Comfortable with cold-calling and engaging passive candidates.

• Staffing experience is ideal but not required.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to succeed.

• Ability to work in our Orlando, FL office (this is not a remote position).
