Job Title: Starbucks Store ManagerLocation: Starbucks – DoubleTree by Hilton, Downtown South Bend, INSalary: $40,000–$45,000 per year (Full-Time, Salaried) About the Role: The DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown South Bend is seeking a passionate, motivated, and customer-focused Starbucks Store Manager to lead operations at our on-site licensed Starbucks location. This is a unique opportunity to combine the energy of a leading global coffee brand with the exceptional service culture of Hilton Hotels. As the Starbucks Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading a dynamic team, driving sales, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll serve both hotel guests and the local community in a high-traffic, fast-paced environment.
