**Responsibilities & Qualifications** **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Serve as the project manager for one or more large, complex task orders affecting a shared system or mission scope. + Assist the Program Manager in coordination and collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Task Order-level Managers, and customer agency stakeholders. + Manage the planning, scheduling, and technical execution of task order deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. + Maintain oversight of daily task order operations and personnel, ensuring compliance with contract terms, security requirements, and performance objectives. + Under the direction of the Program Manager, lead the overall execution of technical solutions aligned with Government expectations. + Oversee staff onboarding and offboarding, maintain training compliance, and support task order-level reporting obligations. + Support the creation and execution of project schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and deliverable tracking. + Lead status meetings, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and interface with stakeholders for performance updates and strategic alignment. + Ensure the submission of quality documentation, timely reporting, and accurate coordination of all required government deliverables. + Prepare briefings, reports, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Experience** + Minimum 5 years of experience managing task orders or projects in the IT and/or consulting fields. + Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in public and/or private sectors. + Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with Government officials, contract stakeholders, and diverse technical teams. **Certifications** + Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent recognized Project Management certification. + Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority. **Education** + Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) required. + Four (4) additional years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. **Clearance** + Must possess an IT-II level security clearance or have an active National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) **Overview** We are seeking a Task Order Project Manager to join our team supporting DLA J6 Enterprise Sourcing, Medical and Contingency (ESMC) Hosting and Support.
