Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and certified Task Order Project Manager to support large, complex task orders within a government contract. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager and serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions on time and within scope.

Job description :

  • Support the Program Manager in managing the execution of complex task orders under a government contract.
  • Act as liaison between government stakeholders (KO, COR, TO Managers) and internal project teams.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and technical execution of task orders.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, contract requirements, and are submitted on time.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and issues; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on task order progress to senior management and government personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification (required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT or consulting fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility in public or private sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance and possession of IT-II (Non-Critical Sensitive) or Tier 3 (T3) clearance at time of proposal submission.
