URGENT HIRING

We are looking for dynamic tutors to teach High School MATH and/or ELA Monday-Friday at local Dayton schools during the school day, hours and days may vary. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. You will be employed by Huntington Learning Center, Gahanna.
POSITION DETAILS:

• Part-Time: 20-35 hours a week, Monday-Friday, hours and days may vary.
• Duration: December 2025 through June 2026.
• Location: Dayton Area Schools.
• High School-aged students, Math (Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1 & II, Geometry), and/or English Language Arts.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior teaching experience preferred.
• Valid teaching certificate preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION:

• With Bachelor's Degree: $25.00 per hour.
• With valid Teaching Certification: $28.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Utilize Huntington Learning Center’s instructional procedures and curriculum.
• Work with the Lead Teacher and Program Director to implement instructional programs.
• Follow school policies and procedures; supervise students at all times.
• Maintain student records of attendance and progress.
• Administer baseline tests at established intervals.
