We are currently seeking Temporary Administrative Assistants to join our team and provide high-quality administrative support at a government office in Lanham, Maryland.
We are hiring for multiple Administrative Assistant roles to deliver general administrative support services. These positions will play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office workflows.
Responsibilities: Filing, scanning, data entry, and other basic administrative tasks.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and scanning/document software (e.g., DocuShare).
Responsibilities: Drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and responding to phone and email inquiries.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities: Handling advanced administrative tasks, including preparing correspondence for senior staff, coordinating complex schedules, and maintaining detailed records and files.
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; excellent attention to detail and time management.
Perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently to support office operations.
Utilize office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, scanners, and e-fax systems.
Maintain confidentiality and follow all security protocols.
Collaborate with internal staff to meet deadlines and organizational goals.
Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience within the last 5 years, with a track record of consistent placements (3 or more per year preferred).
Skills: Strong computer competency, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Background Check: Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to assignment.
