$19 to $32 per hour, based on experience

Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on trailer refrigeration units
Diagnose and fix issues on 2019-2024 Carrier units and 2024 Thermoking units
Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Repair or replace parts like compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, hoses, belts, and electronic controls
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer specs and company standards
Keep accurate maintenance records and paperwork
Manage inventory of parts and supplies efficiently
Follow safety policies to keep yourself and the team safe
Provide clear, professional communication with drivers and fleet managers
Stay updated on the latest industry tech and repair methods through ongoing training
Help fellow technicians as needed
Other duties as assigned
608 Certification preferred
Experience working with Transport Refrigeration Units (TRUs) a plus
Thermoking and/or Carrier factory certifications preferred
Strong understanding of refrigeration operations and microprocessor control systems
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Basic computer skills for diagnostic tools
Good English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing) for daily work
