In this role, your core responsibilities will include comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional impairments, designing individualized treatment plans, implementing evidence-based physical therapy interventions, and monitoring progress toward goals. You will document outcomes accurately, communicate adjustments to the care team, and educate patients and families on exercises, pacing, and safety.
