Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced UX/UI designers & developers to lead user-centered design efforts throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). From discovery and research to prototyping and front-end development, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, accessible, and responsive digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in human-centered design principles and able to turn complex user needs into elegant digital solutions through iterative design, research, and development using modern tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute user research efforts starting from the Discovery phase of SDLC.
• Develop research deliverables including personas, journey maps, mind maps, interview guides, and findings documentation.
• Create interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Translate UX concepts and designs into responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate UI with backend technologies using frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Ensure designs are compliant with WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Maintain consistency in branding and design patterns across digital platforms.
• Participate in iterative usability testing and make data-driven design updates.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• Expertise in user research methodologies and documentation (personas, journey maps, etc.).
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar UX/UI design tools.
• Strong hands-on experience in front-end development: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with React and Angular frameworks.
• Deep understanding of human-centered design (HCD) principles.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Ability to create responsive and cross-browser compatible interfaces.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for clean, functional design.
• Ability to iterate quickly and integrate feedback.
• Experience working in Agile development environments
