👩‍🏫 About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary Vice Principal to lead and support the Girls Elementary Section . This is an exciting opportunity for a strong academic leader who is passionate about early education, team development, and creating an inspiring school culture where every girl feels valued, safe, and challenged to reach her full potential.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✅ Support the Principal in leading the day-to-day operations of the Girls Elementary Section
✅ Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving school culture
✅ Supervise and mentor teachers to ensure effective, student-centered teaching practices
✅ Lead professional development and coaching initiatives
✅ Ensure curriculum alignment with American Common Core Standards
✅ Monitor student progress and implement strategies for academic and behavioral success
✅ Strengthen school-home relationships through clear and open communication with parents
✅ Oversee student discipline and pastoral care with empathy and consistency
✅ Help drive innovation, extracurricular activities, and community engagement

✅ Qualifications and Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s in Educational Leadership preferred)
✅ Valid U.S. teaching license or equivalent certification
✅ Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
✅ Strong understanding of American curriculum (Common Core experience preferred)
✅ Proven leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✅ Culturally sensitive and experienced in international or diverse educational environments
✅ Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the position (girls' section leadership)
