Apple Autos is seeking a driven and experienced General Manager to oversee dealership operations and contribute to our continued success. What You’ll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to achieve dealership profitability and growth objectives.
• Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations across all departments, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire department managers and staff to foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability metrics to achieve business targets.
• Customer Excellence: Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations, including sales, service, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and profitability.
• Proficiency in dealership management software and tools.
