If this sounds like you, we want YOU to be part of our team! Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in automotive accounting. No prior experience is required—we’re willing to train the right candidate! We’re seeking someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you’re comfortable with computers, enjoy working with numbers, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities

Assist with organizing and entering invoices and payments.
Help track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
Support with daily deposit entries and other routine accounting tasks.
Maintain accurate records and file documents.
Learn to reconcile statements and research discrepancies.
Provide general support to the accounting team.

Requirements

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
Positive attitude and good communication skills.
Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule available).
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.
