Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the coordination and delivery of corporate and brand events from concept to completion. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a proactive attitude to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including corporate gatherings, product launches, and brand activations.

  • Support logistics such as scheduling, vendor communication, venue coordination, and on-site setup.

  • Manage administrative tasks related to event planning, including documentation, tracking expenses, and maintaining event timelines.

  • Collaborate closely with the Events Manager and marketing team to ensure brand consistency and event success.

  • Provide hands-on support during live events to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
