Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate with 6-10 years of experience as a SME/Developer in complex enterprise-level projects. The role involves assessing technical and operational practices based on industry standards specific to the technology in use.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team of consultants to provide these services. Key skills and capabilities include:

• Interacting with clients to understand complex business requirements
• Creating functional requirements and designs for customizations
• Estimating effort for implementation tasks accurately
• Reviewing developer proposals and identifying efficient designs
• Collaborating with Delivery architects, Technical Leads, and developers to ensure access and security profiles meet agency needs, including verifying policies and restrictions
• Performing code reviews in collaboration with team members
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Education and Professional Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience developing, supporting, and maintaining React applications
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years experience with Next.js (Required)
• Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels of personnel
• Client-service orientation and focus
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
• Experience across various industries

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. The candidate may be required to attend in-person meetings occasionally.
